AGCCP stands for - The Association of Government Contact Center Professionals - was formally established in 2003 by a small group of local government contact center managers who believed in collaboration for the benefit of the government contact center industry. Today, the organization boasts of more than 40 member cities and counties in the U.S. and Canada where members are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality assistance to citizens and sharing best practices and education with one another.
The theme for The 22nd Annual AGCCP Conference 2024 is “Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow” celebrates the past, present, and future of customer service.
